About the Role

Digital Legal Advisor responsible for tasks related to Digital Law on a global level, covering Personal Data Protection legislation in Europe, Latin America, the United States and other regions worldwide. In charge of managing and processing ARCO Rights requests, Right to Be Forgotten cases, illegal content removal, online reputation and digital identity management, as well as the promotion and defense of digital rights across different countries and international jurisdictions.

Requirements

Education

• Law degree or equivalent legal studies.
• Studies in Digital Law, Data Protection or related fields will be valued.

Professional Experience

• Prior experience is not essential, but internships in areas related to Digital Law or Data Protection will be valued.
• Interest and motivation to grow in the field of Digital Law and online reputation management.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Data Protection regulations (such as GDPR) and digital rights.
• Interest in learning about deindexing procedures and illegal content removal on the internet.

Skills

• Legal analysis skills and willingness to learn about international regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactivity, teamwork and a positive attitude towards continuous learning.
• Organization and time management to handle multiple tasks.

Languages

• Upper-intermediate English level (B2 or higher).
• Knowledge of other languages will be valued.

Other

• Willingness to receive ongoing training within the company.
• Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

Conditions

• Contract type: Permanent contract after a satisfactory probation period.
