By signing the contract generated through the World Delete platform -whether digitally or by handwritten signature- the client declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Service, which form an integral part of the service provision agreement.
World Delete may update or modify these Terms when necessary for legal, technical or operational reasons, by publishing the revised version on this same page. Updated versions will take effect immediately upon publication, without prejudice to the specific conditions agreed in contracts already signed.
2. Description of the services

In no case does World Delete guarantee results contrary to the law or interventions on content protected by public interest, freedom of the press or final judicial decisions.
3. Registration, verification and KYC/AML compliance
Before initiating any provision of services, World Delete requires the client to complete an identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) process.
The verification process includes the documentary and biometric validation of the client, carried out through a certified external provider:
MARKETS PROLIVE 360, S.L. (Didit.me), with registered office at C/ Nàpols 227, 1ª, 08013 - Barcelona, Spain, and privacy email [email protected].
Such verification may include, depending on the case:
- Facial capture through biometric recognition.
- Scanning or upload of an official identity document (national ID, passport or license).
- Checks against international sanctions lists, PEP and suspicious activities in accordance with the AML/CFT regulations in force.
The client expressly authorizes World Delete and its KYC/AML provider to carry out such verifications exclusively for the purposes of identity validation and regulatory compliance.
The data collected during this process is encrypted and stored securely for the duration of the contract, and is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at world-delete.com/privacy-policy.
4. Economic conditions and billing
All services contracted with World Delete are subject to the prices, terms and conditions established in the commercial proposal or individual contract signed by the client.
The client undertakes to make payments in accordance with the agreed amounts and schedule. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of services, without prejudice to any applicable legal actions.
World Delete accepts the following payment methods: international bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, USDT (Tether), Western Union and Zelle. All payments must be made in the agreed currency (USD or EUR), net of bank or transfer fees.
The client will receive an electronic invoice for each transaction in accordance with the applicable tax regulations. In the case of corporate or institutional clients, they may request billing with intra-community or exempt VAT, depending on jurisdiction.
Prices may vary due to causes beyond World Delete's control (e.g., rate fluctuations, third-party management costs, court fees or special legal requirements). Any modification will be communicated to the client in advance and will require express acceptance before being applied.
5. Service execution and delivery of results
Once the contract is signed and the initial payment validated, World Delete will begin the technical execution of the contracted services.
The process includes the following phases:
- Diagnosis and planning: analysis of affected links, content and sources.
- Technical execution: request for removal, de-indexing or neutralization of the content depending on the type of medium.
- Verification: confirmation of the disappearance or de-positioning of the content.
- Reporting and follow-up: the client receives access to the world-delete.app control panel to view the progress of the case in real time.
Execution times vary depending on complexity, jurisdiction and type of content. On average, removals are resolved within 10 to 30 calendar days, although cases involving media outlets or judicial databases require a customized technical and legal study.
World Delete does not guarantee fixed deadlines or immediate results, since success depends on external factors and compliance with the policies of each platform or medium.
The client acknowledges and accepts that the provision of the service entails an obligation of means and not of result, except in those cases where a contractual guarantee of removal or refund has been expressly agreed.
6. Warranties and limitations of liability
World Delete guarantees the application of all reasonable technical, legal and operational resources to achieve the removal or de-indexing of the contracted content.
If, once the available avenues have been exhausted, the removal of one or more links is not achieved, World Delete will offer the client one of the following alternatives:
- Replacement of the link with another of equivalent difficulty and reach, or
- Proportional refund of the work not completed, as the case may be.
- In no case will World Delete be liable for:
- The persistence of content hosted in media outlets with archiving rights or public interest.
- Delays or impossibility of removal arising from judicial, regulatory or administrative decisions.
- Technical failures of third parties, such as search engines, hosting providers or social networks.
- Indirect damages, loss of profits or reputational harm arising from the content itself or its reproduction by third parties.
World Delete is also not liable for the subsequent reappearance of removed content when it is republished by third parties or through mirror copies (mirrors). In such cases, the client may contract additional maintenance or monitoring services.
World Delete's total liability, in the face of any contractual or non-contractual claim, will at all times be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the services subject to the claim.
7. Confidentiality and intellectual property
World Delete and the client undertake to maintain absolute confidentiality over all information exchanged during the execution of the services, including personal data, strategies, reports, communications and technical documentation.
The information shared may only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and may never be disclosed or transferred to third parties without express consent, except for a legal obligation or a duly substantiated judicial requirement.
